Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja PNS di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja PNS. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah PNS di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model skala likert. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat disiplin kerja dan tingkat kinerja PNS di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Purwakarta berada pada kategori sedang dan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien regresi sederhana, diperoleh hasil bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja The problems to be studied in this research is not an optimal performance of civil servants in the Department of Youth and Sports Education Purwakarta. This study examines the influence of labor discipline towards the performance of civil servants. Respondents in this research are civil servants in Department of Youth and Sports Education Purwakarta. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The data in this study are obtained through a questionnaire that was developed using Likert scale model. The collected data are analyzed using a simple regression analysis. The result of the study shows that the level of labor discipline and the level of performance of civil servants in Department of Youth and Sports Education Purwakarta are in the average and low category. Based on the results of a simple regression coefficient calculation, the result that the labor discipline has a positive and significant effect to the performance of civil servants.
