This research was done in SMKN 11 Bandung. The problem that is examined in this study that students job readiness is not optimal yet. The method that is used explanation survey method. The data analysis techniques that is used descriptive inferential. Furthermore, the technique of data collection used questionnaire with likert-scale models, which was analyzed by using simple regressions. Based on the analysis of the respondents answers, the results from the perception of students of the competency skills office administration of the industrial job training program variable (X) is in the quite effective rank, and student job readiness variable (Y) is in the middle rank. Based on the calculations using simple regression analysis, it is found that of the industrial job training program has a positive and significant influence to the student job readiness. The suggestions that are proposed to the school are: first, the school should pay more attention to and understand to the implementation procedures of the industrial job training program and evaluating of the industrial job training program by the supervisor of school routinel; and second, students need to be given the promotion and development of the student job readiness and competence in order to have a good personality so it is ready to enter the world of business and industry. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 11 Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kesiapan kerja siswa Kompetensi Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 11 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei eksplanasi dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif inferensial. Selanjutnya, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara penyebaran angket dengan model skala likert, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap jawaban responden, diperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi siswa Kompetensi Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran terhadap variabel program praktek kerja industri (X) termasuk kategori cukup efektif dan variabel kesiapan kerja siswa (Y) termasuk kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa program praktek kerja industri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Saran yang diajukan bagi sekolah bahwa: pertama, harus lebih memperhatikan dan memahami prosedur pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri serta penilaian secara langsung oleh pembimbing program praktek kerja industri dari sekolah dilakukan secara rutin; dan kedua, siswa perlu diberikan pembinaan dan pengembangan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa agar memiliki kompetensi dan kepribadian yang baik sehingga siap untuk memasuki dunia usaha dan dunia industri.
