Summary

Kompetensi tanggap bencana harus dimiliki oleh setiap masyarakat dan para mahasiswa khususnya di DKI Jakarta agar mampu terhindar dari bencana baik alam maupun nonalam. Pelatihan program rescue merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para mahasiswa sehingga mampu menerapkan dan menyebarkannya kepada masyarakat dalam menjalankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi khususnya pengabdian masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mengkaji, dan menganalisa serta mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi dari dampak kegiatan pelatihan program rescue terhadap peningkatan tanggap bencanabagi para kader Crisis Center Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakartasebagai TimSearch and Rescue. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode grounded theory. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang yang terdiri dari informan pangkal dan sumber informan. teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi data yang bersifat menggabungkan dari berbagai teknik pengumpulan data dan sumber data yang telah ada. Hasil data yang didapat menunjukan, para para kader Crisi Center Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakartamenunjukan hasil yang positif, bahwa pelatihan program rescue yang mereka ikuti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan, kinerja serta peningkatan terhadap tanggap bencana yang dilakukan olehpara kader Crisis Center Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta dalam kegiatan edukasi kepada masyarakat maupun dalam kegiatan search and rescue di wilayah bencana. Keyword: Kader, Tanggap Bencana, Search and Rescue Competence disaster response should be owned by every community and studentsespecially in Jakarta to be able to avoid both natural and non-natural disasters. Rescue training program is one way to improve the competence of studentsso that they can apply and disseminate to the public in the running of Tri Dharma PerguruanTinggi, especially community service. The aim of this study was to determine , assess , and analyze and describe the phenomena that occur from the impact of the rescue program of training activities to the improvement of disaster response for cadres Crisis Center, Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta as a Search and Rescue Team. This study used a qualitative approach with grounded theory method . Informants in this study as many as 8 people consisting of the base and source informant informant. Data collection techniques in this research is data triangulation that is combining of various data collection techniques and data sources that already exist. Results of the data obtained shows , the cadres crisi Center Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta showed positive results , that the training program rescue that they follow is able to enhance the skills , performance and improvement against disaster response conducted by cadres Crisis Center Faculty of Education University Negeri Jakarta in activities to educate people as well as in search and rescue activities in the disaster area.
