Penelitianinimembahasmengenai program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri (KUM) berbasismicrofinance melaluipelatihanolahanikankereuntukmenumbuhkanminatusahapesertapelatihan. Tujuandaripenelitianiniadalah 1) Untukmengetahuiperencanaaprogram KUM berbasismicrofinance, 2) Untukmengetahuipelaksanaanpelatihanolahanikankeredalam program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri (KUM) berbasismicrofinance, 3) Untukmengetahuihasilpelatihanolahanikankeredalammenumbuhkanminatusaha. Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalahdeskriptifdenganpendekatankualitatif.TeknikPengumpulan data adalahdenganwawancaradanstudidokumentasi.Informandalampenelitianiniadalahpenyelenggara program yaitukepala (K), penyelenggara/pamongbelajar (P) dan tutor (T), sedangkaninformanpesertapelatihanadalah 4 pesertapelatihandariduakelompokyaitu P1. P2, P3 dan P4.HasilPenelitianiniditemukanbahwa: 1) Perencanaan program KUM berbasismicrofinance berjalandenganbaikdimanaunsurpelaksanabaiklatarbelakang, tujuan, sasarandanpelaksanapelatihansesuaidenganStandarKompetensiKeaksaraan Usaha Mandiri (KUM), 2) Pelaksanaanpelatihanolahanikankereberjalandenganbaik, dimanaunsurpelaksanaanbaikitupeserta, materi, metode, pendekatandanstrategi, media, saranadanprasarana, pembiayaan, evaluasidanhasildapatmenumbuhkanminatusahapesertapelatihan, 3) Hasilpelatihaniniadalahmeningkatkankemampuanpesertadalamkeberaksaraancalistungdankemampuanketerampilanpesertadalamusahaikankeresampaimembukausahameskipundalamlingkupkecil, This research is discuss about a program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri (KUM) based on microfinance and training on dried fish industry to growing some bussines interest from the student. Purpose from this research is 1) To understand what KUM based on microfinance point of view, 2) To understand training from dried fish in KUM program, 3) To know how KUM Program make appeal on bussines program in making dried fish product. Method on this program is a descriptive and qualitative approach,and to collect data its used interview and documentasystudy.Informan from this research is a Headmaster Program or it call Kepala (K), study organizer (P), and tutor (T), and informan for this research is two student from two group it called P1. P2, P3, and P4. In this research found that: 1) KUM program based on microfinance is running as well, where all system like background story, program purpose, program object and program executor is Standard competence KUM, 2) Program training on dried fish running as well too, when all material like student, lesson, method, approach and strategy, media, and all training infrastructure, all cost and expence, evaluation, and result growing student interest, 3) Output on this training can growth skill calistung and make student capable of being build their business even in a small aspect of business.
