Data hasilpenelitian yang didapatmelaluianalisisN-gainkemampuankognitifdanketerampilanberpikirkreatifsiswa yang mendapatkan PBM berbantuanexelearningterdapatpeningkatan yang lebihtinggidibandingkandengansiswa yang mendapatkan PBM tanpabantuanexelearning.Hubungankemampuankognitifdenganketerampilanberpikirkreatifsiswayang menggunakan PBM bantuanexelearningditandaidenganindekskorelasi yang signifikansebesarrxy = 0,55, dansumbanganantaravariabelkemampuankognitifdenganvariabelketerampilanberpikirkreatifsebesar 30,67%. Untuktanggapansiswaterhadappenggunaanmodel pembelajaranberbasismasalahberbantuanexelearninghampirseluruhsiswamemberikansikapsetujudengantarafsignifikansikuat.Hasilpenelitianmengungkapkanbahwapenggunaanmodel pembelajaranberbasismasalah(PBM) berbantuanexelearningsecarasignifikandapatmeningkatkankemampuankognitifdanketerampilanberpikirkreatifsiswa. Kata kunci :KemampuanKognitif, KeterampilanBerpikirKreatif,PembelajaranBerbasisMasalah, Exelearning. A study was aimed to perceive the improvement of student's cognitive ability and creative thinking skill after obtaining exelearning-assisted problem based learning. Quasi-experimental methode was used to involve 48 first-year students at one of the Madrasah AliyahNegeri in Bandung that was divide into 24students of control group who had problem based learning without exelearning and 24students of experiment group who had problem based learning with the aid of exelearning. Data were analyzed by using normalized gain score and mean difference student test. The findings showed that cognitive ability and creative thinking skill of students in experiment group was higher than those in the control group. Therefore, exelearning-assisted problem based learning was able to improve students' cognitive ability and creative thinking skill. The correlation coefficient between cognitive ability and creative thinking skill of the experiment group students was 0.55 with determination coefficient was 30.67%. Students agreed with the implementation of exelearning assisted problem based learning in the physics classroom. Keywords: exelearning, problem based learning, cognitive ability, creative
