Summary:Sebagai lembaga pendidikan kejuruan, Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri menyusun suatu program praktik industri pada kurikulumnya. Dalam pelaksanaan praktik industri pada Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri, terdapat beberapa kendala diantaranya persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan dan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini (1) mengetahui pengaruh persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan praktik industri pada Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri, (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan praktik industri, (3), mengetahui apakah persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan mahasiswa serta motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap pelaksanaan praktik industri dan (4) mengetahui hubungan persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan mahasiswa dan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian regresi dan korelasional, dengan penekanan pengaruh dan hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri UPI angkatan 2011 yaitu sebanyak 50 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Dari hasil pengolahan data penelitian didapatkan hasil analisis linieritas regresi dan korelasi variabel persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan ( X_1) dan pelaksanaan praktek industri (Y) berpengaruh signifikan dengan persamaan regresi (Y ) ̂= 28,51 + 0.43X1 dan hubungan sebesar 0,43, analisis linieritas regresi dan korelasi variabel motivasi berprestasi ( X_2) dan pelaksanaan praktek industri (Y) berpengaruh siginifikan dengan persamaan linieritas (Y ) ̂= 24,42 + 0.5X2 dan hubungannya sebesar 0,52, analisis regresi ganda dan korelasi ganda variabel persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan ( X_1) motivasi berprestasi (X_2) pelaksanaan praktek industri (Y) berpengaruh siginifikan dengan persamaan regresi (Y ) ̂= 0,35 + 0,44X_1 + 0,56 X_2 dan hubungannya sebesar 0,59 dan analisis korelasi variabel persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan ( X_1) dan motivasi berprestasi (X_2) hubungannya sebesar 0,31. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan mahasiswa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap praktik industri mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri dengan hubungan cukup kuat , motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan praktik industri mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri dengan hubungan cukup kuat, persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap pelaksanaan praktik industri mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri dengan hubungan cukup kuat dan persepsi tentang karir pekerjaan berhubungan dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri dengan hubungan rendah. ----------- As an vocational education institution, the study program of agroindustri technology education draw up a industrial practice programs in its curriculum. In the implementation of industrial practice on agroindustri technology education study program, there are several obstacle like perception about job career and achievement motivation of university student. The purpose of this research (1) to know the influence of perception about job career of university student on implementation of industrial practice on agroindustri technology education study program,(2) to know the influence of achievement motivation of university student on implementation of practice on agroindustri technology education study program, (3) to know whether perception about job career and achievement motivation of university student together affect to implementation of industrial practice and (4)to know the relation between perception about job career of university student and achievement motivation of university student. The research design used is descriptive research using regression and correlational techniques with emphasis on the influence and relation between two or more variables. Samples were 50 university student of agroindustri technology education UPI that started study in 2011 .The instrument that used to collect data is using questionnaire. From the data processing research showed linearity regression and correlation analysis of the variables perception of career employment ( X1 ) and the implementation of industry practices ( Y ) significantly with the regression equation ( Y ) = 28.51 + 0.43X1 and correlation of 0.43, linearity regression analysis and correlation variables of achievement motivation ( X2 ) and the implementation of industry practices ( Y ) significantly affect the linearity equation ( Y ) = 24.42 + 0.5X2 and do 0,52, multiple regression analysis and correlation of multiple variables perception of career employment ( X1 ) achievement motivation ( X2 ) implementation of industry practices ( Y ) significantly affect the regression equations ( Y ) = 0.35 +0,44X1+ 0.56X2 and relation of 0.59 and correlation analysis on the perception variable working career ( X1 ) and achievement motivation ( X2 ) relation of 0.31. The conclusion of this research is the perception about job career of university student significantly influence to industrial practice of agroindustri education technology of university student and the category for the relation is strong enough, achievement motivation of university student significantly influence to implementation of industrial practice agroindustri education technology of university student and the category for the relation is strong enough, the perception about job career and achievement motivation together affect to implementation industrial practice agroindustri education technology of university student and the category for the relation is strong enough and the perception about job career is related with achievement motivation agroindustri education technology of university student and the category for the relation is low relation Keywords-Perception About job career, Achievement Motivation and Implementation of Industrial Practice.
