Summary:Penelitian difokuskan pada pola pembinaan seni pertunjukan yang dilakukan di Saung Angklung Udjo. Saung Angklung Udjo terkenal dengan ciri khasnya yaitu mengusung alat musik Angklung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui perencanaan pembinaan seni pertunjukan di Saung Angklung Udjo, (2) mengetahui pelaksanaan pembinaan seni pertunjukan di Saung Angklung Udjo, (3) mengetahui evaluasi pembinaan seni pertunjukan di Saung Angklung Udjo, dan (4) mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan seni pertunjukan di Saung Angklung Udjo. Alasan penetapan penelitian ini dikarenakan Saung Angklung Udjo memiliki ciri khas tersendiri dalam memberikan pembinaan seni pertunjukan yang senantiasa menjunjung tinggi nilai budaya Sunda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode desktiptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola dua orang, tutor satu orang dan warga belajar sebanyak tujuh orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pembinaan seni pertunjukan di Saung Angklung Udjo memiliki perencanaan dengan alur pola pembinaannya terdiri atas pengrekrutan, pelatihan dan pertunjukan. Pengrekrutan dilakukan melalui audisi dan seleksi yang hasilnya akan di latih untuk mempersiapkan warga belajar yang mampu tampil dalam pertunjukan angklung. Pelaksanaan pembinaan seni di Saung Angklung Udjo dilakukan dengan dasar nilai kekeluargaan dan budaya Sunda, dengan evaluasi pembinaan seni yang dilakukan setiap pertemuan dan evaluasi akhir. Kata Kunci: Pola Pembinaan Seni, Seni Pertunjukan, Saung Angklung Udjo The study is focused on art development pattern which is applied at Saung Angklung Udjo. Saung Angklung Udjo is famous for its trademark which is carrying a musical instrument, Angklung. This study aims are: (1) to know the planning of art development in Saung Angklung Udjo (2) to identify the implementation of coaching in the art of Saung Angklung Udjo (3) to identify the evaluation of art training at Saung Angklung Udjo, and (4) to identify the development of art training at Saung Angklung Udjo. The reason of this study establishment is that Saung Angklung Udjo has its own characteristics in art developing which always upholds the value of Sundanese culture. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The subject of the study consists of the manager of two people, one person as a tutor and residents as learner as many as seven people. The results of this study concluded that the development of art in Saung Angklung Udjo, which planning with training groove pattern consists of recruitment, training and performances. Recruitment is undertaken through audition, and selection results will be trained to prepare learners who are able to perform in the show of angklung. Implementation of the art development in Saung Angklung Udjo is conducted on the basis of family values ​​and Sundanese culture, by evaluating the art development conducted in every meeting and final evaluation.
