Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi yang dilihat dari rata-rata nilai Ulangan Akhir Semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang tidak memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Swasta di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kesiapan belajar siswa dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner penelitian sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Swasta di Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yaitu sebanyak 275, kemudian diambil sampel sebanyak 162 siswa dengan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Secara umum, gambaran kesiapan belajar siswa berada pada kategori siap; (2) Secara umum, gambaran lingkungan sekolah berada pada kategori baik; (3) Hasil belajar berada pada kategori cukup; (4) Kesiapan belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (5) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. ----------This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in economic subjects are seen from the average value of Deuteronomy Final fulfilled the academic year 2014/2015 which does not meet the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) in class XI IIS Senior High School in Bandung. This study aims to determine how the influence of the readiness of student learning and school environment on student learning outcomes. The method used is explanatory survey method using a questionnaire research as a means of collecting data. Population research is class XI IIS Senior High School in Bandung the academic year 2014/2015 as many as 275, then retrieved a sample of 162 students by random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) In general, the students' learning readiness in the category is ready; (2) In general, the school environment is in good category; (3) The results of the study are enough categories; (4) The readiness of student learning positive effect on student learning outcomes; (5) The school environment has positive influence on student learning outcomes.
