Summary:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terkait pendapat siswa tentang pelaksanaan model Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran tata hidang di SMK Negeri 2 Baleendah . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapat siswa tentang pelaksanaan model Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran tata hidang di SMK Negeri 2 Baleendah. yang ditinjau dari tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pendapat siswa mengenai pelaksanaan model Problem Based Learning yang dapat mempengaruhi pada proses pembelajaran supaya lebih bervariasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI program keahlian Jasa Boga berjumlah 152 siswa dan sample berjumlah 60 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik quota sampling. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar siswa berpendapat pelaksanaan model problem based learning pada mata pelajaran tata hidang meliputi tahap perencanaan (77%), tahap pelaksanaan (80%) dan tahap evaluasi (82%) berada pada kriteria sangat baik.---------- This study is related to the students' opinion on the implementation of problem based learning model in food and beverage services subject at state vocational school 2 Baleendah. The objectives of the study is to find out the students' opinion on the implementation of Problem Based Learning model in food and beverage services subject at state vocational school 2 Baleendah in terms of planning stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. This study is conducted to know the students' opinion regarding to the implementation of the problem based learning that later can affect the learning process. Therefore, the teachers or all of the parties involved in education can find out the model which the students are expected to and it will become feedback for the teachers to be better in applying the learning model. This research used the approach of quantitative with descriptive method. The population is the eleventh grade students of 'catering service' skills program. There were 152 students and this study took 60 students as a sample. The sampling process was administered by applying quota sampling technique. The result of this research showed that students' opinion regarding to the implementation of problem based learning model in food and beverage services subject covered of planning stage (77%), implementation stage (80%), and evaluation stage (82%) are in an excellent criteria.
