Summary

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perencanaan, proses pembelajaran serta mengetahui perkembangan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Teknik Jigsaw sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas IV SD. Adapun latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa Kelas IV SD pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan serta kurangnya perhatian guru sebagai pengajar yang mengakibatkan lemahnya proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas IV SD, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 29 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 14 orang laki-laki dan 15 orang perempuan. Lokasi sekolah dimaksud adalah di Jalan Dr. Setiabudhi No.5 KM 10 Bandung Jawa Barat. Proses penelitian ini dilakukan melalui dua siklus, yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Kooperatif Teknik Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Saran yang dapat disampaikan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik jigsaw layak untuk dikembangkan sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.----------This study aims to determine the form of planning, the learning process and determine the development of Citizenship Education learning outcomes through the implementation of cooperative learning model of Jigsaw technique that can improve student learning outcomes SD Class IV. The background of this study is the low Class IV student learning outcomes at the elementary school subjects Civic Education and the lack of attention to the teacher as teachers result in poor learning process takes place. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) with the subject of his research is the fourth grade students, the number of students as many as 29 students consisting of 14 men and 15 women. School location in question is at Jalan Dr. Setiabudhi 5 KM 10 Bandung, West Java. The research process was conducted through two cycles, the first cycle and the second cycle. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model of Jigsaw technique can improve student learning outcomes. Suggestions can be submitted from this research is that the implementation of cooperative learning model jigsaw technique deserves to be developed as an alternative model of learning to improve student learning outcomes.
