Summary

Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai penggunaan media pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa, kelas XI IPS SMA Laboratorium (Percontohan) UPI. Penelitian ini, juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, kelas XI IPS SMA Laboratorium (Percontohan) UPI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 117 siswa. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Nonprobability Sampling, jenis Purposive. Data yang diambil mengenai penggunaan media pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar, didapatkan dengan penyebaran angket. Perhitungan statistika menggunakan software SPSS v.16 for Windows. Gambaran penggunaan media pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap siswa, ada pada kategori cukup baik, sebesar 59,50%. Sedangkan motivasi belajar siswa berdasarkan penelitian terhadap siswa, berada pada kategori cukup baik sebesar 62,48%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, penggunaan media pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, pada mata pelajaran akuntansi. Hasil penelitian ini telah diuji dan diterima kebenarannya dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,750 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,563. hal ini berarti penggunaan media pembelajaran mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi sebesar 56,3%, sedangkan sisanya 43,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.----------The purpose of this study, to find a picture on the use of instructional media and student motivation, class XI IPS SMA Laboratorium (Percontohan) UPI. This study also aims to determine the effect of the use of learning media for students' motivation, class XI IPS SMA Laboratorium (Percontohan) UPI. The method used in this research is survey method. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS 117 students. Samples taken as many as 30 students.The sampling technique using nonprobability sampling, kind of purposive.The data taken on the use of instructional media and learning motivation, obtained by questionnaire.Statistical calculations using SPSS v.16 for Windows. Overview of the use of instructional media based on the results of a study of the students, there is the category pretty good, by 59.50%. While the student's motivation is based on a study of the students, is in the category pretty good of 62.48%. The results showed, the use of instructional media influence on students' motivation, the accounting subjects. Results of this study have been tested and accepted as true by the level of trust 95%. This is evidenced by the correlation value of 0.750 and the determination coefficient 0.563. this means the use of instructional media affect students' motivation on the subjects of accounting for 56.3%, while the rest 43.7% influenced by other factors.
