Kasus proyek Tugas Akhir Perancangan ini adalah Bandung Technological Park. Status proyek ini fiktif dan berlokasi di Jl. Rancanumpang dengan luas lahan ±19.500 m² , yang berbatasan dengan kawasan perencanaan "Bandung Teknopolis Gedebage" di sisi utara, pemukiman dan persawahan di sisi selatan, SOR Gedebage di sisi timur dan persawahan di sisi barat. Technological park adalah sebuah kawasan terpadu yang menggabungkan bisnis, pusat riset, pelatihan dan pengembangan dengan industri. Dalam kasus perancangan tugas akhir ini industri yang diangkat adalah industri kreatif yang meliputi seni dan desain sesuai dengan karakter kota Bandung. Fasilitas yang tersedia dalam sebuah Technological park adalah fasilitas utama untuk produktifitas seperti fablab, inkubator bisnis, coworking space dan dilengkapi fasilitas penunjang untuk memasarkan karya dan kebutuhan sumber referensi seperti perpustakaan umum dan galeri. Untuk mencapai Technological park yang baik maka dipilih tema perancangan arsitektur teknologi tinggi dengan prinsip ekologi. Penerapan tema yang dipilih adalah pada penggunaan teknologi yang mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan seperti penampungan air hujan, sumber energi matahari serta penempatan orientasi bangunan yang mempertimbangkan cahaya matahari. Kata kunci: Technological park, High tech, Ekologi, Bisnis, Industri kreatif, Bandung The case of this Final Project is Bandung Technological Park. This fictional project is located on Jl. Rancanumpang with ±19.500 m² wide area, with "Bandung Teknopolis Gedebage" planned area on the north, residential and rice fields on the south, SOR Gedebage on the east and rice field on the west. Technological Park is an integrated area that combine business, research center, workshop, and industrial development. Creative Industry, such as art and design, is the main case that we will talk about in this Final Project which is resemble with characteristics of Bandung as a creative city. This Technological Park provides the main facility for productivity such as fablab, incubator spaces, coworking spaces with supporting facility for selling the product such as library and gallery. To reach a good Technological Park, High Tech Architecture Planning with Ecologic Principle has chosen as a theme of this project. The theme will be applied on sustainable technology such as rain water harvesting, solar energy sources, and sun direction building oriented.
