| Summary: | This study aims to determine the Conduct and Performance of PT Pegadaian (Persero) in Indonesia., Subject of this research is the company's annual financial statements of the period 2009-2014, the object of this research is PT Pegadaian (Persero). The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through the documentation. The collected data were analyzed with reference to the criteria of the company's health through a calculation based on KEP-100 / MBU / 2002. Based on the research results, the behavior of the company is pursuing a strategy of diversification and advertising strategies. The company's performance when measured by calculating KEP-100 / MBU / 2002 in terms of ROE, current ratio, collection period and inventory turnover showed a very healthy category. When viewed from the ROI indicates healthy category. While the views of the Total Equity to total assets showed healthy enough category. While the Total Asset Turn Over to have less healthy category. Lastly in terms of Cash Ratio indicates unhealthy category. Keywords: conduct the company, the company's performance. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntukmengetahuiperilaku dan kinerjaPT Pegadaian (Persero)di Indonesia., Subjekpenelitianiniadalahlaporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan periode tahun 2009-2014, objek penelitian ini adalah PT Pegadaian (Persero). Pendekatan yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahdeskriptifkualitatif, denganteknikpengumpulan data melaluidokumentasi. Data yang telahterkumpulkemudiandianalisisdengan mengacu pada kriteria kesehatan perusahaan berdasarkan melaluiperhitungan KEP-100/MBU/2002. Berdasarkanhasilpenelitian, perilaku yang dilakukan perusaaan adalah dengan melakukan strategi diversifikasi dan strategi iklan. Kinerja perusahaan bila diukur melalui perhitungan KEP-100/MBU/2002 ditinjau dari ROE, current ratio, collection period,dan perputaran persediaan menunjukkan kategori sangat sehat. Bila dilihat dari ROI menunjukkan kategori sehat. Sedangkan dilihat dari Total Equity to total Asset menunjukkan kategori cukup sehat. Sementara dari Total Asset Turn Over memiliki kategori kurang sehat. Terakhir ditinjau dari Cash Ratio menunjukkan kategori yang tidak sehat. Kata Kunci: perilaku perusahaan, kinerja perusahaan. |
