Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Bidang Penyelenggaraan dan Evaluasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Pusdiklat) Geologi Bandung". Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran mengenai kepemimpinan di Pusdiklat Geologi. Memperoleh gambaran apakah ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pegawai di Pusdiklat Geologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deksriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta didukung dengan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket, yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Geologi Bandung dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden yang diambil dari seluruh populasi. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS versi 22.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus (WMS), gambaran umum variabel X (Kepemimpinan) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan total rata-rata 4,10 sedangkan gambaran umum variabel Y (Kinerja Pegawai) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 4,44. Korelasi variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,396 yang ada pada kategori kuat dan signifikan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 53,5% serta hasil analisis regresi yaitu Y= 94,041+0,396X yang bersifat signifikan dan linier. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan signifikan dan berkategori kuat terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung. This research entitled "The Effect of The Head of Implementation and Evaluation Division on The Performance of Employees at Bandung Geology Centre for Training and Education (Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung)". Generally this research aims to investigate the influence of leadership to the employees' performnce at Bandung Geology Centre for Training and Education (Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung). The aims of this research are to investigate the general description of leadership at Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung and to find out whether or not there is relationship between the leadership at Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung and the employees' performance. This research was done by using descriptive method with quantitative approach and supported by literature study. Questionnaires were used as the data collection technique. The populations of this research were the staffs at Bandung Geology Centre for Training and Education (Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung) with 30 respondents as sample from the whole population. Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS v22.0 for Windows were used in calculating the result. Based on the calculation using WMS formula, the general description of the variable X (the leadership) is on the category of very high with the average of 4.10, meanwhile the general description of the variable Y (employees' performance) is on the category of very high with the average of 4.44. The correlation of the variable X and Y is very strong and significant. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient of 0.396 which is on the category of very strong and significant with the determination coefficient of 53.5% and the result of the linear and significant regression analysis which is Y= 94,041+0,396X. It can be concluded that the leadership is on the category of strong and significant to the employees' performance at Bandung Geology Centre for Training and Education (Pusdiklat Geologi Bandung).
