Physical condition can be improved with practice process. Such practice like power with form of practice squat and practice of flexibility by using method of practice PNF. This research aim to know how big influence of squat practice and PNF practice to result of smash kedeng on sepaktakraw game. Research use experimental method, population in this research is athletes sepaktakraw club of Ciamis Regency. Process withdrawal of sample done by using technique of purposive sampling, hence 16 people sample. Design in this research use pre test and post test control group design. Pursuant to got statistical data processing of result that squat practice anf PNF practice give influence whoch significant to result of smash kedeng. Suggestion researcher that: to coach/ teacher, to yield accurate technique smash kedeng and sharply or can be told by a perfection namely given in practice or apply practice of power and practice of flexibility according to portion which accommodation with athletes characteristic and also level ability athletes. Keywoard: Squat Practice, PNF Practice, Result of Smash Kedeng, Sepaktakraw. Dalam olahraga sepaktakraw, untuk melakukan teknik smash kedeng yang tajam dan akurat terutama pada daerah yang sulit dijangkau oleh lawan haruslah didukung dengan kondisi fisik yang prima. Kondisi fisik dapat ditingkatkan dengan proses latihan. Latihan dimaksud seperti power dengan bentuk latihan squat dan latihan fleksibilitas dengan menggunakan metode latihan PNF. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan squat dan latihan PNF terhadap hasil smash kedeng pada permainan sepaktakraw. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet sepaktakraw Kabupaten Ciamis. Proses penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan memakai 16 orang sampel. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pre test dan post test control group design. Berdasarkan pengolahan data statistik didapat hasil bahwa latihan squat dan latihan PNF memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil smash kedeng. Saran peneliti bahwa: kepada pelatih/ guru, untuk menghasilkan teknik smash kedeng yang akurat dan tajam atau dapat dikatakan sempurna yakni dengan memberikan latihan atau menerapkan latihan power dan latihan fleksibilitas sesuai posrsinya yang disesuiakan dengan karakteristik olahraga serta tingkat kemampuan atlet.
