Summary:Skripsi dengan judul "Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Pada Mata Pelajaran Instalasi Listrik Tenaga di SMKN 4 Bandung" merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang diterapkan pada peserta didik kelas XI jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa terhadap penerapan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Pada Mata Pelajaran Teknik Instalasi Listrik dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa ditinjau dari aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, serta mengetahui tanggapan peserta didik terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran tersebut dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Untuk mengetahui evaluasi siswa, dilakukan 2 cara yaitu dengan cara belajar secara berkelompok dan diakhir pembelajaran dilakukan evaluasi secara individu. Hasil penelitian ditinjau dari aspek kognitif menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar pada siklus 1 siswa mendapat rata-rata nilai evaluasi individu sebesar 46.45, pada siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan yaitu dengan rata-rata 65 dan pada siklus 3 sudah mencapai KKM yaitu 86.85, artinya seluruh siswa telah mencapai ketuntasan minimal aspek kognitif. Presentase aktifitas guru sebagai peneliti pada siklus 1 sebesar 65.6%, pada siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan menjadi 72.9% dan pada siklus 3 sebesar 90%, artinya terjadi perbaikan dari berbagai aspek pada setiap siklusnya. Berdasarkan data-data tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian penerapan model pembelajaran CIRC di SMKN 4 Bandung dapat dikatakan berhasil. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Model pembelajaran, CIRC, Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Thesis with the title "Application of Learning Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) In Subjects Power Installation at SMK 4 Bandung" is a qualitative descriptive study using classroom action research approach that is applied to the students of class XI Power Installation Engineering Department at SMK 4 Bandung Academic Year 2014/2015. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes for the application Application of Cooperative Learning Model Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) In Subjects Mechanical Electrical Installation and improve student learning outcomes in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, and determine the response of students to the application of the model learning in teaching and learning activities. To determine the student evaluation, done in 2 ways ie by the end of the study in groups and individual learning evaluation. The results of the study in terms of the cognitive aspect shows that learning outcomes in cycle 1 students had an average value of the individual evaluation of 46.45, at cycle 2 has risen by an average of 65 and the third cycle has reached KKM is 86.85, meaning that all students have achieved minimum completeness cognitive aspects. Percentage activity of the teacher as researcher in cycle 1 of 65.6%, in the second cycle increased to 72.9% and in the third cycle of 90%, meaning that there is improvement of various aspects in each cycle. Based on these data it can be concluded that the application of learning models CIRC study at SMK 4 Bandung can be said to be successful.
