Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk yang semakin pesat maka akan menimbulkan permasalahan yaitu diantaranya menyempitnya lapangan pekerjaan yang mengakibatkan bertambahnya jumlah pengangguran. Berwirausaha merupakan salah satu alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran. Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan menyiapkan peserta didiknya untuk menjadi manusia yang terampil, gigih, dan beradaptasi di dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) adalah suatu bentuk penyelenggaraan pendidikan keahlian profesional yang memadukan secara sistematik dan sinkron antara program pendidikan di sekolah dan di Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri yang dilakukan dengan bekerja langsung pada Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri sehingga diperoleh suatu tingkat keahlian profesional tertentu yang dicapai siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriftif Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas XII TGB SMKN 5 Bandung dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Dokumentasi dan Kuesioner (angket). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari praktik kerja industri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. (2) Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari mata pelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. (3) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara praktik kerja industri dan kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa rendahnya pengaruh dari kedua variabel bebas X1 (Praktik Kerja Industri) dan X2 (kewirausahaan) terhadap Y (Minat Berwirausaha) diharapkan dalam pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Industri perlu meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan praktik kerja industri dengan metode pelaksanaan yang lebih baik dan untuk kewirausahaan sebaiknya kurikulum yang digunakan diperbaiki atau diubah sehingga dapat menciptakan hasil belajar yang lebih baik, supaya bisa menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha siswa. Kata Kunci : Praktik Kerja Industri, Minat, Wirausaha. Along with the development of technology and the rapid increasing of population, it cause problems such as narrowing of the work field that resulted in the increase of unemployment. Entrepreneurship is one alternative that can be used to solve the problem The Vocational High School (SMK) is an educational institution that aims to prepare the students to be skilled, persistent, and adaptable person in the workplace. Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin = Praktik Kerja Industri) is a form of professional skill education that combines in a systematic and synchronized between educational programs in schools and in the Business / Industry performed by working directly on the Business / Industry in order to obtain a particular level of expertise achieved by students. The method used in this research is descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach. Research subjects were students of class XII TGB SMKN 5 Bandung with a sample of 50 persons. Techniques of data collection using questionnaires and Documentation. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of industrial work practice to student interest in entrepreneurship. (2) There is a positive and significant effect on the subjects of entrepreneurship to student interest in entrepreneurship. (3) There is a positive and significant effect between industrial work Practise and subjects of entrepreneurship to student interest in entrepreneurship. By the results of the study showed that the low effect of the two independent variables X1 (Industrial work Practice) and X2 (subjects of entrepreneurship) to Y (Entrepreneurship Interests), it was expected that the quality of industrial work practice need to be improved with the implementation of better methods and the curriculum for entrepreneurship should be improved or changed so it can be create a better learning results, in order to increase students interest in entrepreneurship.
