Summary:Research held at SMK 45 Lembang, this study compared the models tactical approach and the traditional approach to learning outcomes kasti game. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the model comparison of a tactical approach and the traditional approach is applied to learning the game of kasti, so of the two models can be measurable student learning outcomes in the game of kasti. The method used is the method of experimental research, data collection techniques used is by observation. The findings of researchers from 40 research students as objects in a presentation to the significance of the increase of 0,000 or 23.14% (8.35 ± 1.31 vs. 10.70 ± 1.13) and 0.004 for the tactical approach to the traditional approach of presenting the improvement was amounted to 15.52% or (8.05 ± 1.32 vs 9.30 ± 1.26) obtained significance difference of 0,000 presentations or increase by 88% (2.35 ± 0.67 vs 1.25 ± 0.55 ) of the results of these studies approach the obtained results tactical greater significance than the traditional approach, the researchers recommend the use of the tactical approach to sports games. Penelitian bertempat di SMK 45 Lembang, penelitian ini membandingkan model pendekatan taktis dan pendekatan tradisional terhadap hasil belajar permainan kasti. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan dari pengaruh model pendekatan taktis dan pendekatan tradisional yang diterapkan kepada pembelajaran permainan kasti, sehingga dari kedua model tersebut dapat terukur hasil belajar siswa dalam permainan kasti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian eksperimen, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi. Hasil temuan peneliti dari 40 siswi sebagai objek penelitian di dapat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 presentasi peningkatannya sebesar 23,14% atau (8,35 ± 1,31 vs 10,70 ± 1,13) untuk pendekatan taktis dan 0,004 untuk pendekatan tradisional presentasi peningkatannya adalah sebesar 15,52% atau (8,05 ± 1,32 vs 9,30 ± 1,26) perbedaan didapat signifikasi sebesar 0,000 presentasi peningkatannya sebesar 88% atau (2,35 ± 0,67 vs 1,25 ± 0,55) dari hasil penelitian tersebut maka didapat hasil pendekatan taktis lebih besar signifikansinya dibandingkan pendekatan tradisional, maka dari itu peneliti merekomendasikan penggunaan pendekatan taktis untuk olahraga permainan.
