Pengusaha keramik Plered Purwakarta mengalami permasalahan keberhasilan usaha dalam tiga tahun terakhir yang meliputi angka output produksi, volume penjualan, tenaga kerja dan pendapatan. Dalam menghadapi keadaan ini, banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan guna memecahkan masalah keberhasilan usaha. Dari beberapa faktor yang membentuk keberhasilan usaha terdapat faktor kompetensi kewirausahaan yang secara dominan mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kompetensi kewirausahaan di sentra UKM Keramik Plered Purwakarta, bagaimana gambaran keberhasilan usaha di sentra UKM Keramik Plered Purwakarta, bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha di sentra UKM Keramik Plered Purwakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik sensus sebanyak 65 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu softwarekomputer SPSS 22.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan nilai perhitungan yang diperoleh melalui regresi sederhana bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dilakukan pengusaha sentra UKM keramik Plered Purwakarta berpengaruh positif dengan kategori kuat terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Hal ini harus ditingkatkan guna mewujudkan bentuk usaha yang lebih kompetitif dan sukses. Dengan adanya kompetensi kewirausahaan, maka keberhasilan usaha akan meningkat seiring dengan kualitas yang diterapkan pada pengusaha keramik Plered Purwakarta. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Kewirausahaan, Keberhasilan Usaha, dan Kewirausahaan Purwakarta Plered ceramic entrepreneurs experience problem business succes in the last three years covering the production production output, sales volume, income and employment. To handle this situation, there's a lot of way that can be done in order to solve this business success. From a few factor that forming the business success there are a dominant factor. The purpose of this research is to understand the entrepreneurship competension in center of SMEs ceramik Plered Purwakarta, to see how the entrepreneurship competension in center of SMEs ceramik Plered Purwakarta, to see how the impact entrepreneurship competension toward business accomplishment in center of SMEs ceramik Plered Purwakarta. The type of this research is verifikatif descriptive, and the used method is explanatory survey with sensus technic for 65 respondent. Analysis data technic used is simple regresi linier with help of software computer SPSS 22. Based on this overall research result, the counting that gained from simple regression conclude that entrepreneurship competension in center SMEs ceramik Plered Purwakarta have a positive impact with strong category towards business success. This thing must always upgraded in order to make a successfull and competitive form of business. With the pressence of this entrpreneurship competension, then the business success rates will go up with quality that been implemented by business owner in ceramik Plered Purwarkarta.
