Penelitian ini berjudul "Analisis karya "Dan Kamu" oleh d'Masiv dengan "Head Over Heels" dari Switchfoot". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan karya "Dan Kamu" dari d'Masiv dengan "Head over heels dari Switchfoot. Fokus penelitian ini lebih tertuju pada bagaimana pola garap pada pengolahan melodi dan aransemen dari kedua karya tersebut. Untuk menjawab semua pertanyaan penelitian, maka dilakukan teknik pengumpulan dan pengumpulan data melalui metode deskriptif analisis. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, terdapat banyak sekali gejala-gejala plagiarism pada lagu "Dan Kamu" dari d'Masiv yang mengambil dari lagu "Head Over Heels" dari Switchfoot, baik itu dari segi instrumentasi, struktur harmoni, ritme, maupun melodi. Namun masih terdapat sisi kreatifitas yang dilakukan oleh d'Masiv, yakni dalam variasi melodi, harmoni dan juga terdapat penyederhanaan bagan lagu.; This research is entitled "An Analysis of "Dan Kamu" by D'Masiv and "Head Over Heels" by Switchfoot." The study aims to compare two songs, "Dan Kamu" by D'Masiv and "Head Over Heels" by Switchfoot. It focuses on comparing the work pattern of melody and arrangement process between the two songs. To answer research questions, descriptive analysis method is employed to collect data. The research found that there are many plagiarism tendencies in "Dan Kamu" by D'Masiv taking from "Head Over Heels" by Switchfoot, whether from instrumentation, harmony structure, rhythm, and melody. However, there is creativity shown by D'Masiv which is seen from melody variation, harmony, and simplification of song part.
