Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat disiplin belajar dan tingkat pemenuhan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan siswa program keahlian TGB di SMKN 1 Cilaku-Cianjur, serta seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap pemenuhan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan siswa program keahlian TGB di SMKN 1 Cilaku-Cianjur. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu untuk menyelidiki keadaan, peristiwa, kegiatan, atau hal lain, yang hasilnya dipaparkan dalam bentuk laporan penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan statistik untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara variabel yang telah ditetapkan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling purposive dengan jumlah 59 siswa. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket untuk variable X dan tes praktik untuk variabel Y sesuai kompetensi kejuruan TGB. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi rank spearman menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara disiplin belajar terhadap pemenuhan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan siswa program keahlian TGB di SMKN 1 Cilaku-Cianjur memiliki tingkat korelasi rendah dengan pengaruh antara kedua variabel sebesar 14.138%. Analisis hipotesis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar terhadap pemenuhan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan Siswa program keahlian TGB di SMKN 1 Cilaku-Cianjur. Dari hasil uji kecenderungan didapat bahwa tingkat disiplin belajar termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup baik dengan persentase 44.07% dan untuk pemenuhan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan siswa dalam pemenuhan kompetensi kejuruan termasuk kategori cukup terampil dengan persentase 37.29%. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar terhadap pemenuhan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan siswa program keahlian TGB di SMKN 1 Cilaku-Cianjur sebesar 14.138%. Kata kunci : Disiplin Belajar, Pemenuhan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan Siswa This research aimed to investigate the learning discipline level and the SKL fulfillment level of TGB vocational students at SMKN 1 Cilaki-Cianjur. This research used descriptive method with quantitative approach to investigate the condition, phenomenon, activity, and other things in which its result covered in research report. The data were analyzed by using statistic to know whether or not there is an effect of determined variable. This study used sampling technique and involved 59 students. This research used questionnaire for X variable and performance test for Y variable as its instruments that are appropriate to TGB vocational competence. According to the result of analyzing rank spearman coefficient correlation, it showed that the effect of SKL fulfillment of TGB vocational students at SMKN 1 Cilaki-Cianjur has the low correlation level in which the effect of both variables is about 14,138%. Analyzing hypothesis showed that there is the positive and significant effect of learning discipline towards the SKL fulfillment of TGB students at SMKN 1 Cilaki-Cianjur. Given on the tendency test result, the level of learning discipline included into the good category with percentage is about 44, 07% and students' SKL fulfillment or not into competent category with percentage are about 37, 29%. Based on the study, it showed that there is the positive and significant of learning discipline towards SKL fulfillment of TGB vocational students at SMKN 1 Cilaki-Cianjur is about 14,138%.
