Latar belakangdilakukannya penelitian ini adalah karena adanya perolehan nilai UKG guru tahun 2015yang secara keseluruhan nilai kompetensi profesionalnya yaitu 54, 77dibawah nilai rata-rata, selain itukelayakan mengajar guru menurut data Balitbang pada tahun 2011 hanya 28,94%dan adanya perubahan kebijakan seperti perubahan kurikulum. Supervisi kolaboratif merupakan salah satu upaya memberikan bantuan profesional dengan membangun hubungan kolegialitas antara kepala sekolah dan guru-guru dalam bentuk diskusi kelompok atau diskusi profesional.Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan empat skala Likert dengan teknik sampling yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel yaitu 86 responden.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 288 guru yang tersebar di 21 Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan Weight Means Scoremenunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata untuk variabel Supervisi Kolaboratifdan variabel Kemampuan Mengajar Guru berada dalam kategori cukup baik dan data berdistribusi normal. Selain itu dari perhitungan koefisien korelasidiperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara variabel Supervisi Kolaboratif dan variabel Kemampuan Mengajar Guruserta terbukti signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh supervisi kolaboratifterhadap kemampuan mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung adalah 16,24%dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil analisis regresi didapatkan, Y ̂ = 29,71 + 0.403X. Adanya aktivitas reflektif dan budaya "saling berbagi"antar guru dalam supervisi kolaboratif dapat membentuksuatu komunitas pembelajar di sekolah, sehingga penelitian ini dapat menjadi salah satu cara strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran karena guru dapat mengembangkan diri secara mandiri.;-- The background of this research is the result of KKG's value on 2015 as a whole is still under average. Collaborative Supervision is professional assistance by build collegiality between the headmaster and the teachers in the group discussions or can called as a professional discussion.The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. While the data collection techniques used through the questionnaire enclosed with a four rating scale (Likert) withproportionate stratified random sampling as a sampling technique. The sample that represent is 86 respondents.The population in this research is 288 teachers spread over 21 schools in state elementary school at Sukasari District.Based on the results of data processing computed by using the WMS (Weight Means Scored) showed that the average general tendency for the variable Collaborative Supervision andvariable Teacher's Teaching Ability is in Passable category and data distribution are normal. Judging from the calculation of the correlation coefficient shows that there is a strong enough relationship between variable Collaborative Supervision and variable Teacher's Teaching Ability, and proved significant. The results of the analysis of the determination coefficient shows the influence of collaborative supervision to teacher's teaching ability is at 16,24% and the rest of them are influenced by other factors.
