| Summary: | The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is or not relationship between work-family conflict and child neglect in working mothers in Bandung City. The research population was those mothers with schooling children and worked full-time in Bandung, the number of which was unknown. The research sample was 308 respondents. The research hypothesis was that there is relationship between work-family conflict and child neglect. Based on the correlation test by using a spearman rho analysis, it was found that there is a significant relationship between work-family conflict and child neglect, as seen from the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there is relationship between work-family conflict and child neglect. The value of correlation coefficient between work-family conflict and child neglect was rcount 0.706, falling into a category of very strong relationship level.;--- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara work-family conflict dengan pengabaian anak pada ibu yang bekerja di Kota Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak dan telah bersekolah, serta menjadi tenaga kerja dengan waktu yang penuh di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 308 responden. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara work-family conflict dengan pengabaian anak. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi dengan menggunakan analisis spearman rho, menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara work-family conflict dengan pengabaian anak, jika dilihat dari nilai signifikansi yang dimiliki sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga ditolak dan diterima yang artinya ada hubungan work-family conflict dengan pengabaian anak. Nilai koefisien korelasi antara work-family conflict dengan pengabaian anak sebesar 0,706 dan termasuk dalam kategori tingkat hubungan yang kuat. |
