Summary

Kebutuhan data dari berbagai bidang melandasi munculnya interoperabilitas. Interoperabilitas merupakan kemampuan dua atau lebih sistem untuk dapat saling bertukar informasi dan dapat saling mempergunakan informasi yang dipertukarkan tersebut. Dari sisi teknologi informasi, interoperabilitas dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknologi web service sebagai media penghubung data elektronik. BPLHD Jabar mengimplementasikan teknologi web service untuk memenuhi kebutuhan interperabilitas tersebut. Namun pada web service atau web API yang digunakan BPLHD masih terdapat kekurangan. Pada web API versi 1 kekurangan terdapat pada method yang digunakan untuk berbagi data. Sedangkan pada web API versi 2 kekurangan terdapat pada desain URI API yang sulit digunakan dan tidak memenuhi kaidah umum desain API. Pada penelitian ini penulis fokus pada re-design URI API berbasis RESTful . Re-design mengacu pada kaidah umum desain API untuk menghasilkan API yang sederhana dan mudah digunakan. Dalam rangka menjamin penggunaan kaidah umum desain API pada setiap pembuatan API, maka pada penelitian ini dibangun perangkat lunak API generator. Kaidah umum desain API diterjemahkan ke dalam fitur perangkat lunak API generator tersebut. API generator menghasilkan API yang merupakan re-design berdasarkan kaidah umum desain API. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, web API yang dihasilkan API generator lebih sederhana dan mudah digunakan dalam mendukung interoperabilitas.;---The needs of data from variety fields underlies the emergence of interoperability. Interoperability is the ability of two or more systems to exchange information and able to use the information exchanged. In terms of information technology, interoperability can be done by applying web services technology as a media liaison electronic data. BPLHD Jabar implement web services technology to meet the needs of the interperability. However, the web service or web API used by BPLHD is still a shortage. On the web API version 1 deficiency found in the method used to share data. While on the web API version 2 design flaws contained in the URI API that are difficult to use and does not meet the common convention of API design. In this study, the authors focused on the re-design RESTful URI API. Re-design refers to the common convention of designing API. In order to ensure using design API common convention on each API generating, so in this study software as API generator is built .Common convention of API design is translated into an API generator's features. API generator produces API which is a re-design based on the common convention of API design. From the research conducted, the web API resulted by API generator is simpler and easier to use in support of interoperability.
