520 | |a Penelitian ini membahas masalah terkait penyelenggaraan pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) bagi balita di PAUD Kober Cijambe yang belum optimal terutama dari segi varian jenis makanan, bahan makanan, pengolahan dan cara penyajian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data mengenai gambaran penyelenggaraan pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) di PAUD Kober Cijambe dan persepsi ibu balita tentang penyelenggaraan makanan tambahan (PMT) di PAUD Kober Cijambe. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Kober Cijambe Bandung. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif dengan sampel purposive sampling, dengan kriteria ibu balita yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan pemberian makanan tambahan pada 3 bulan terakhir dan telah menerapkan PMT pada balitanya di rumah sebanyak 32 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket berupa pertanyaan yang dilengkapi dengan alternatif jawaban tertutup. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu persepsi ibu balita dalam penyelenggaraan pemberian makanan tambahan di PAUD Kober Cijambe berkaitan dengan kegiatan PMT, jenis makanan tambahan, pemilihan bahan makanan, teknik pengolahan bahan makanan dan penyajian makanan tambahan untuk balita, berada pada kategori kurang memenuhi syarat makanan sehat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada lembaga PAUD agar dapat meningkatkan penyelenggaraan makanan tambahan bagi ibu balita untuk senantiasa mengembangkan pengetahuannya dan menerapkannya pada pemberian makanan tambahan untuk balita.;--- This research was discusses issues by the desire to find out the perception of mothers of children under five on the implementation of supplementary food feeding (SFF) for children under five at Cijambe Kober Early Children Education (ECE). The purpose of this study was to obtain data on supplementary food feeding organized by Kober Cijambe ECE, from the asfect of SFF activity overview, type of supplementary food which was given, the selection of ingredients, food processing techniques, and presentation of supplementary food presentation to children under five. The research location was in Early Chilhood Education of Kober Cijambe Bandung. The method used was desriptive method the sample used was purposive sampling with consideration of 32 mothers of children under five who actively participated in the supplementary food feeding and have applied SFF for their children. The instruments used were a questionnaire in the form of questions with closed answer alternatives. The findings in this study was the perception of mothers of children under five in the implementation of supplementary food feeding in Kober Cijambe ECE related of the SFF, the type of supplementary food, the selection of ingredients, food processing techniques and presentation of supplementary food for children under five, were in the category of less qualified healty food the study recommended teh ECE institutions to improve the impelentations of supplementary food feeding in ECE and for mothers of children under five to continue to develop their knowledge and apply it to the supplementary food feeding for children under five. | ||
