Summary:Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri merupakan program studi yang masih terbilang baru di Indonesia, maka program studi ini harus terus melakukan peningkatan layanan akademik agar dapat menarik minat calon mahasiswa dan mengikuti persaingan kualitas sebagai penyelenggara lembaga pendidikan secara nasional. Tujuan dari ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi kualitas jasa Service Quality yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 93 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling kuota. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan dugaan hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari masing-masing dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama dari dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri.;--- Agroindustry Technology of Education Program is a program study that is still relatively new in Indonesia. Then this study should continue to improve academic services in order to attract prospective students and follow the competition as providers of quality educational institutions nationwide. The purpose of this is to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality Service Quality that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to the satisfaction of students of Technology and Vocational Education. The research is using descriptive method with quantitative approach. Samples in this study as many as 93 people are determined with quota sampling technique. The results of this study prove the allegations H0 rejected and H1 accepted that there is a positive and significant impact of each dimension tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to the satisfaction of students of Agroindustry Technology of Education and there is a positive and significant impact together of the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy toward student satisfaction Agroindustry Technology of Education Program.
