Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, sikap ilmiah dan penguasaan konsep siswa melalui praktikum virtual pada konsep pengaruh hormon terhadap metabolisme tubuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah weak experimental dengan desain The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap ilmiah siswa setelah mengikuti praktikum virtual memiliki rata-rata skor 3,29 pada XI IPA 4 dan skor 3,21 pada XI IPA 2. Hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis setelah mengikuti praktikum virtual memiliki rata-rata skor 78,39 pada XI IPA 4 dan skor 79,75 pada XI IPA 2. Begitu pula dengan penguasaan konsep siswa dengan rata-rata skor 72,28 pada XI IPA 4 dan skor 78,5 pada XI IPA 2. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dan penguasaan konsep pada kedua kelas sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktikum virtual pada konsep pengaruh hormon terhadap metabolisme tubuh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap ilmiah, peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan penguasaan konsep siswa. This study is aimed at developing critical thinking skills, scientific attitudes, and students' mastery of concepts through virtual lab on the concept of the influence of hormones towards metabolism. The method used is Weak Experimental Design with The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study sample consisted of 2 classes include experimental. The results showed that after attending a virtual lab, scientific attitude of students has an average score of 3.29 in the XI IPA 4 and 3.21 in the XI IPA 2. The results of critical thinking skills after participating in a virtual lab have an average score of 78.39 in the XI IPA 4 and 79.75 in the XI IPA 2. Similarly, the students' mastery of concepts have an average score of 72.28 in XI IPA 4 class and 78.5 in the XI IPA 2. There is significant difference at the significance level α = 0.05 between critical thinking skills and mastery of concepts in the second grade sample. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the concept of a virtual lab towards the metabolism of the body's hormones affect the scientific attitude and improve critical thinking skills and student mastery of concepts.
