This paper entitled "ProsesPersiapan PSM UPI Bandung pada4th Vietnam International Choir Competition 2015"It aimedto investigate the process of preparation conducted by PSM UPI Bandung during an international choral competition in Hoi An, Vietnam. Eventhough the number of the members was limited, but this team has been successful got the Golden Diploma, then it made the researcher to be interested to investigate the preparation process conducted by PSM UPI. This study focused on the preparation, selection of the members, registration process, training, pre-competition and every single show that performed by PSM UPI Bandung in 2015. The method employed in this study was descriptive analysis by using qualitative approach which was then delivered in the form of explanation. Based on the result of this study, the limited number of the members was not becoming a problem as long as they optimized the number through series of exercises and vocalizing. Moreover, the involvement realized through multitasking of the members during the preparation was very important since it trained their softskill in the level of university. However there were still some weaknesses found and suggested to be developed for both trainers and members of the PSM UPI Bandung.
