Kini perkembangan pariwisata sangat pesat mulai dari destinasi wisata yang hanya bisa dikunjungi hingga kini wisatwan bisa terlibat dalam aktifitas pariwisata seperti wisata olahraga. Bandung kini mulai mengikuti perkembangan tren pariwisata tersebut, ice skating merupakan salah satu olahraga yang mulai diminati di Indonesia bukan hanya karena negara tropis yang tidak ada musim dingin tapi juga ice skating merupakan aktifitas yang menyenangkan dan memberikan pengalam baru bagi partisipan. Gardenice menjadi satu- satunya icerink di Bandung hal ini menjadi sesuatu yang baru dan menarik bagi wisatawan maupun masyarakat Bandung. Meskipun begitu tingkat kunjungan Gardenice menurun setiap tahunnya hal ini disebabkan oleh tingkat kepuasan partisipan atau sport tourist satisfaction. Kepuasan berasal dari kinerja aktual dari produk atau layanan dalam hal pencocokan atau melebihi harapan sebelumnya. Hal tersebut bisa dipengaruhi oleh Venue Quality yang terdiri dari Interaction, Environment, dan Value hal tersebut sangat esensial dan berpengaruh pada wisata olahraga. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah partisipan yang datang ke Gardenice. Jumlah populasi diambil dari data empat tahun terakhir dengan tehnik sampling random sampling dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 partisipan. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalag regresi berganda. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah Venue Quality yang terdiri dari Interaction (X1), Environment (X2), dan Value (X3), sedangkan variabel dependent yaitu Sport Tourist Satisfaction. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Venue Quality (X1) dengan Sport Tourist Satisfaction (X2) memiliki pengaruh 93% dan 7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Venue Quality, Sport Tourist Satisfcation, wisata olahraga. Nowadays tourism growth rapidly ranging from destination which is not only be visited but also able to involve tourist in some tourism activities, as example sports tourism. Bandung is starting to follow the tourism trend, ice skating is one of the enthused sport activity in Indonesia which is not only because tropical country has no winter but also ice skating offers a fun activity and gives new experince for tourists. Gardenice becomes the only icerink in Bandung therefore it is a new and interesting for both Bandung tourists and Bandung citizen. Nevertheless, Gardenice visit graphic has lower number every year caused by the satisfaction of participants or sport tourist satisfaction. Satisfaction comes from the actual performance of the product or service in terms of matching or exceeding previous expectations. This can be affected by Venue Quality consists of Interaction, Environment, and Value which are very essential and take an effect in sports tourism. This research is using descriptive and verification method. Respondent of this study is the participants who come to Gardenice. Total of population taken from the last four years using random sampling technique with a number of sample 100 participants. The technique of analysis used multiple regression. The independent variable in this study is composed of Venue Quality Interaction (X1), Environment (X2), and Value (X3), while the dependent variable, namely Sport Tourist Satisfaction. The result shows that the influence of Venue Quality (X1) against Sport Tourist Satisfaction (X2) has the effect of 93% and 7% effected by other factors.
