Summary:Kepuasan siswa tidak terlepas dari mutu layanan pendidikan dan pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah sebagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan membangun image building terhadap lembaga pendidikan (sekolah). Ukuran kepuasan siswa merupakan elemen inti dari perencanaan penilaian institusional secara komprehensif, dan pelayanan sebagai suatu penilaian kebutuhan yang bersifat formal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kontribusi pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah dan mutu layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa, untuk memperoleh deskripsi pemanfaatan fasilitas, mutu layanan pendidikan dan kepuasan siswa; dan menganalisis kontribusi pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa, kontribusi mutu layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa, kontribusi pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan, dan kontribusi pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah dan mutu layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa-siswi kelas IX di Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Swasta di kabupaten Bandung Barat yang mempunyai akreditasi A,B, dan C yang berjumlah 148 orang karena sudah mendapatkan pelayanan selama tiga tahun. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Deskripsi pemanfaatan fasilitas paling tinggi mencapai 74,20%, mutu layanan pendidikan 78,32% dan kepuasan siswa 96%; (2) Pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan sangat kuat; (3) Pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa sangat kuat; (4) Mutu layanan pendidikan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa sangat kuat, dan (5) Pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah dan mutu layanan pendidikan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa sangat kuat. Saran/rekomendasi: (1) Pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah perlu ditingkatkan berdasarkan umpan balik yang diperoleh dari hasil survey tersebut khususnya pada ketersediaan bahan dan alat praktikum, ventilasi, dan ketersediaan ruang laboratorium IPA serta perlengkapannya (2) Mutu layanan pendidikan terutama pada dimensi tangible, reliability dan responsiveness perlu ditingkatkan lagi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa secara optimal; (3) Kepuasan siswa dalam pemanfaatan fasilitas dan mutu layanan pendidikan lebih optimal pelaksanaanya dengan keterlibatan seluruh komponen sekolah dalam menjalankan pelayanan prima yang berfokus pada kepuasan siswa. Measure of student satisfaction is a core element of a comprehensive institutional assessment planning , and service as a formal needs assessment. Based on the issues raised in this study is the contribution of the use of school facilities and quality of education services to the satisfaction of students, to obtain Description of facility utilization , quality of educational services and student satisfaction; and analyzed Contribution to the satisfaction of the utilization of school facilities students, contribution to the quality of education services, student satisfaction, contribution utilization of school facilities for quality education services, dan contribution utilization of school facilities and quality of education services for student satisfaction. The population in this study is class IX Students in junior secondary school ( MTs ) Private in West Bandung regency which has accreditation A , B , and C , amounting to 148 people because they get the service for three years. The study results show that : (1) a Description of facility utilization the most high achieving 74,20%,quality of educational services the most high achieving 78,32% and student satisfaction the most high achieving 96%; (2) Utilization of school facilities contribute significantly very strong to student satisfaction; (3) Contribute significantly very strong to the quality of education services student satisfaction; (4) Utilization of school facilities contribute significantly very strong to the quality of education services; (5) Utilization of school facilities and quality of education services for student satisfaction, contribute significantly very strong. Suggestions / recommendations : ( 1 ) Use of school facilities need to be improved based on the feedback obtained from the survey results particularly on the availability of materials and lab equipment , ventilation , and availability of science laboratory space and equipment ( 2 ) Quality of education services particularly in the tangible dimension , reliability and responsiveness needs to be increased again to optimally meet the needs of students , (3 ) satisfaction of students in the use of facilities and quality of education services with optimal implementation of all components of the school 's involvement in running the excellent service that focuses on student satisfaction .
