Permasalahan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sejumlah masalah masih rendahnya minat baca peserta didik di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) mendorong lahirnya perpustakaan digital. Perpustakaan digital hadir dalam menjawab permasalahan minat baca tersebut. Upaya lain yang dilakukan sekolah ialah dengan menerapkan program gerakan literasi sekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti merasa tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian berkenaan dengan masalah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) pengaruh perpustakaan digital sebagai sumber belajar terhadap peningkatan civic knowledge peserta didik di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 2) pengaruh gerakan literasi sekolah sebagai sumber belajar terhadap peningkatan civic knowledge peserta didik di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 3) pengaruh perpustakaan digital dan gerakan literasi sekolah sebagai sumber belajar terhadap peningkatan civic knowledge peserta didik di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 4) pandangan peserta didik terhadap perpustakaan digital dan gerakan literasi sekolah di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengungkap permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang ditujukan untuk mencari korelasi antara perpustakaan digital, gerakan literasi sekolah dan civic knowledge. Penggunaan metode dan pendekatan diatas dianggap sebagai cara yang paling tepat untuk mengungkap masalah yang diteliti dilapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, studi literatur, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara tidak terstruktur sebagai data pendukung. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kategori korelasi tinggi antara perpustakaan digital terhadap civic knowledge peserta didik di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kategori korelasi sedang antara gerakan literasi sekolah terhadap civic knowledge peserta didik di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kategori korelasi tinggi antara perpustakaan digital dan gerakan literasi sekolah terhadap civic knowledge peserta didik di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 4) pandangan peserta didik terhadap perpustakaan digital dan gerakan literasi sekolah menunjukkan tanggapan yang baik.;--- This problem is motivated by a number of problems which still have low reading interest for students in SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. The development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) encourage the creation of digital library. The digital library is created in answer the problems of reading interest. Another effort that the school does is to implement a program of school literacy movement. Based on this, researchers are interested in conducting research with regard to this issue.This study aims to determine: 1) the impact of digital library as a learning resource to increase civic knowledge of students in SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 2) the impact of school literacy movement as a learning resource to increase civic knowledge of students in SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 3) the impact of digital libraries and school literacy movement as a learning resource to increase civic knowledge of students in SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 4) the views of students to digital libraries and school literacy movement in SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. The approach which used to uncover these problems is a quantitative approach that aimed to find a correlation between digital libraries, school literacy movement and civic knowledge. The use of the method and the approach is considered as the most appropriate way to uncover the issues examined in the field. Data is collected through questionnaires, literature, documentation study, and unstructured interviews as supporting data. Subjects in this study were students of SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. The research indicate that 1) there is significant impact of high correlation category between the digital library to the civic knowledge of students in SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 2) there is significant impact of average correlation category between school literacy movement to civic knowledge of students in SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 3) there is significant impact of high correlation category between digital libraries and school literacy movement against the civic knowledge of students in SMA Negeri 4 Bandung; 4) the opinion of student to digital libraries and school literacy movement show a good response.
