Pembelajaran Fisika di sekolah belum melatihkan kemampuan inkuiri sehingga mempengaruhi hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir logis siswa. Maka dilakukan penelitian menggunakan Levels of Inquiry untuk melihat hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir logis siswa dengan metode quasi exsperiment dan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian 31 siswa kelas XA. Pengambilan data melalui soal dan lembar observasi. Pertemuan 1 hasil belajar aspek kognitif nilai gain yang dinormalisasi 0,55 dengan kategori sedang, aspek afektif dan aspek psikomotor dengan kategori terampil. Pertemuan 2 hasil belajar aspek kognitif nilai gain yang dinormalisasi 0,72 dengan kategori tinggi, aspek afektif dan aspek psikomotor dengan kategori terampil. Pertemuan 3 hasil belajar aspek kognitif nilai gain yang dinormalisasi 0,51 dengan kategori sedang, aspek afektif dengan kategori cukup terampil dan aspek psikomotor dengan kategori terampil. Pertemuan 4 hasil belajar aspek kognitif nilai gain yang dinormalisasi 0,27 dengan kategori rendah, aspek afektif dan psikomotor dengan kategori terampil. Kemampuan berpikir logis mayoritas masih berada pada berpikir konkret. Kata kunci : Levels of Inquiry, Hasil belajar siswa, Kemampuan Berpikir Logis. Physics learning at school haven't yet exercised inquiry skills to students so may affect to improve student's achievement and logical thinking skills. Therefore the study of Physics learning is conducted using Levels of Inquiry to know student's achievement in and logical thinking skills in senior high school student with quasi experimental and One group Pretest and Posttest Design. The data collected with questions and observation paper. Sampels were 31 students in XA class. In first meeting the student's achievement in cognitive domain have normalized gain score 0,55 with medium category, affective domain and psycomotor domain was skilled category. In second meeting the student's achievement have normalized gain score 0,72 with high category, affective domain and psycomotor domain was skilled category. In third meeting the student's achievement have normalized gain score 0,51 with medium category , affective domain was enough skilled category and psycomotor domain was skilled category. In fourth meeting the student's achievement have normalized gain score 0,27 with low category, affective domain and psycomotor domain skilled category. Logical thinking skills shows that majority students have been achieve concrete operational thinking skills. Key words : Levels of Inquiry , Students's achievement, Logical Thinking Skills.
