Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas mengakses akun quotes galau di media sosial dengan kemampuan regulasi emosi remaja di SMAN 15 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 202siswa SMAN 15 Bandung dan diambil dengan teknik incidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner menggunakan instrumen intensitas mengakses akun quotes galau dan instrumen regulasi emosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara intensitas mengakses akun quotes galaudi media sosial dengan strategi regulasi emosi cognitive reappraisal dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara intensitas mengakses akun quotes galaudi media sosial dengan strategi regulasi emosi expressive suppression. Artinya, intensitas mengakses akun quotes galau dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang menghambat remaja untuk melakukan strategi regulasi emosi cognitive reappraisal.----------This research aims to investigate the correlation between intensity of accessing confusion quotes account on social media and emotion regulation ability of adolescents. This research used quantitative approach with correlational method. The subject of this research amounted to 202 students of SMAN 15 Bandung and was taken using the incidental sampling method. The data was collected by questionnaire using intensity of accessing confusion quotes account instruments and emotion regulation instruments. The result showed that there is correlation between intensity of accessing confusion quotes account on social media and cognitive reappraisal type emotion regulation strategy, and there is no correlation between intensity of accessing confusion quotes account on social media and expressive suppression type emotion regulation strategy. That is, the intensity of accessing confusion quotes account be able one of factors that obstruct adolescents to carry out cognitive reappraisal type emotion regulation strategy.
