Jump service merupakan salah satu jenis servis yang ampuh untuk menyulitkan lawan dalam menerima servis. Sebab teknik ini dilakukan dengan cara melompat, dan hasil pukulannya keras dan menukik tajam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tentang kecepatan bola dan akurasi jump service dengan awalan dan tanpa awalan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan kecepatan bola dan akurasi jump service dengan awalan dan tanpa awalan. Metode penelitian penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif komparatif. Sample penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pemain bola voli laki-laki sebanyak 10 orang dari UKM bola voli UPI yang diambil menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah speed radar gun untuk mengukur kecepatan bola dan test jump service untuk menilai tingkat akurasi. Uji hipotesis statistik dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.0 dengan analisis statistika parametrik Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil analisis menunjukan nilai sig. pada kecepatan bola yaitu 0.0001, p < 0.05 dan nilai sig. pada kurasi yaitu 0.00009, p < 0.05, maka H0 ditolak yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kecepatan bola dan akurasi jump service dengan awalan dan tanpa awalan. Kecepatan bola rata-rata jump service dengan awalan sebesar 73,22 k/h, sedangkan jump service tanpa awalan sebesar 62,16 k/h. Tingkat akurasi rata-rata jump service dengan awalan sebesar 1,88, sedangkan nilai akurasi rata-rata jump service tanpa awalan sebesar 3.,---Jump service is one type of services that powerful to made it difficult for an opponent in receive serve.For this technique done by means of jump, and the results of golf course hard and swooping sharp.The research is research concerning the speed the ball and accuracy jump service with the prefix and without prefix.The purpose of this research that is, to know comparison speed the ball and accuracy jump service with the prefix and without prefix.A method of this research used the method descriptive comparative.Sample research used the players volley ball men as many as 10 people of smes volley ball upi taken using a technique simple random sampling.Research instruments used is speed radar gun for measuring the speed of the ball and test jump service to make a accuracy.The hypothesis statistics carried out using software ibm spss statistics version 21.0 from the analysis statistika parametrik independent sample t-test. The results of the analysis showed value sig. (Probability) At the speed of the ball that is 0.0001 , p < 0.05 and value sig .
