| Summary: | Selama ini hasil belajar matematika kelas V SDN Sarijadi 5 Kota Bandung pada kompetensi dasar bilangan pecahan masih kurang. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai terendah individu yang mencapai 0 dan nilai rata-rata kelas mencapai 32 serta ketuntasan belajar kurang dari 70%, karena selama ini model pembelajaran yang digunakan masih secara konvensional atau berpusat pada guru sedangkan siswanya pasif. Sebagai solusinya maka digunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif melalui penelitian tindakan kelas untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika di sekolah dasar. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang akan dicapai adalah meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa saat pembelajaran matematika dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif. Bentuk penelitian dalam skripsi ini menggunakan rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Model siklus ini terdiri dari rencana, tindakan, obserbasi, dan refleksi. Sedangkan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Sarijadi 5 Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pokok yang meliputi observasi langsung, dokumentasi, dan tes. Metode observasi langsung digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat keaktifan dan peran serta siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran matematika dengan penerapan model kooperatif. Metode tes digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa dalam menghitung pecahan. Berdasarkan keterangan di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif pada pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pecahan pada siswa kelas V SDN Sarijadi 5 Kecamatan Sukarasa Kota Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. ;---During this time the result of learning mathematics class V SDN Sarijadi 5 Bandung City on basic competence fractions still lacking. This is evidenced by the lowest value of the individual who reaches 0 and the average value reaches grade 32 and complete learn less than 70%, because during this learning model used is still conventionally or centered on the teacher while the students passively. As the solution is then used cooperative learning through action research to improve understanding of the concept math in elementary school. The research aimed to be achieved is improve understanding students while learning math concepts with the implementation of cooperative learning model. Forms of research in this thesis using the draft Action Research (PTK). This cycle model consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. While the subjects in this study were students of class V SDN Sarijadi 5 in the school year 2014/2015 the number of 20 students. This study consisted of two cycles of the first cycle and the second cycle. Collecting data using the principal methods which include direct observation, documentation, and testing. Direct observation method is used to determine the level of activity and participation of students in following the application of mathematics to the cooperative model. The test method used to measure students' skills in calculating fractions. Based on the above it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning in mathematics learning can improve the understanding of the concept of fractions in class V SDN Sarijadi 5 Sukarasa District of Bandung in the academic year 2014/2015. |
