Summary

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan profil kematangan karir mahasiswa dilihat dari status sosial ekonomi orang tua di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia tahun akademik 2016/2017. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif komparatif. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa fakultas ilmu pendidikan universitas pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2013 tahun akademik 2016/2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil kematangan karir mahasiswa dilihat dari status sosial ekonomi orang tua di fakultas ilmu pendidikan universitas pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2013 tahun akademik 2016/2017 dominan berada pada kategori cukup matang dengan pekerjaan orang tuanya sebagai wiraswasta dan PNS serta pendidikan terakhirnya adalah SMA/SMK dan S1.----------This study aims to describe the profile of student career maturity seen from the socioeconomic status of parents in the Faculty of Education Indonesia University of Education academic year 2016/2017. The research method used a quantitative approach with comparative descriptive method. Population and sample of this research is student in faculty of education Indonesia University of Education class of 2013 academic year 2016/2017. The results showed that the profile of a student career maturity seen from the socioeconomic status of parents in the Faculty of Education in Indonesian University of Education class of 2013 academic year 2016/2017 dominantly in the category is quite mature with the work of his parents as entrepreneurs and civil servants and his last education is senior high school or vocational high school and bachelor.
