Summary

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil uji kompetensi dilihat dari prestasi siswa di mata pelajaran teknik pemesinan bubut dan frais. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 6 Bandung Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan kelas XI TPM 1 berjumlah 32 Orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan test tertulis dan praktikum meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa; a) penguasaan siswa terhadap kompetensi Pemesinan Bubut dan Frais berada pada kategori cukup, b) Hasil Uji Kompetensi Keahlian siswa berada pada kategori cukup, dan c) Prestasi Pemesinan bubut dan frais berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil Uji Kompetensi Keahlian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan hasil uji kompetensi dilihat dari prestasi pemesinan bubut dan frais.----------This study aims to determine differences in test results seen competence of student achievement in subjects machining lathe and milling. This research is a correlation study using descriptive correlation with test and measurement techniques population in this study were students of VHS Negeri 6 Bandung Department of Mechanical Machining class XI TPM 1 amounted to 32 people. Data were collected by conducting a written test and lab includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor. So the research results obtained show that; a) The student's mastery of the competencies and Lathe Machining Frais in the category enough, b) Skills Competency Test results for students in the category enough, and c) Performance Machining lathe and milling significant effect on the results of Skills Competency Test. Based on these results we can conclude there are differences in the competency test results seen from the achievements of machining lathes and milling.
