In the design and research of the author trying to build software temperature regulation, control and modeling tool in the box that is used to set the temperature according to the amount of storage space the desired temperature, as well as to monitor changes in the temperature inside the box, in order to facilitate the work of automation and computerized. In this study the method applying Sugeno fuzzy logic models, as the development of increasingly sophisticated technology researchers sought to apply the control device with a microcontroller. Based on the design and testing of the data that has been carried out, the conclusions of this study are: This tool can be set to a minimum temperature of 60C up to a maximum temperature of 550C, a temperature sensor inside the box can be calibrated with actual temperature, temperature regulation in the implementation of a fuzzy logic method Sugeno models the microcontroller to work optimally. Keywords : temperature, medicine, technology, microcontroller, fuzzy Suhu ruang penyimpanan terkendali sangat diperlukan khususnya untuk obat-obatan. Dalam perancangan dan penelitian penulis berusaha membangun perangkat lunak pengaturan suhu, dan membuat model alat kendali pada box yang digunakan untuk mengatur suhu ruang penyimpanan sesuai besaran suhu yang diinginkan, serta dapat memantau perubahan suhu didalam box, dengan tujuan mempermudah pekerjaan secara otomatisasi dan terkomputerisasi. Dalam penelitian ini menerapkan metode logika fuzzy model sugeno, seiring perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih peneliti berusaha menerapkan alat kendali dengan mikrokontroler. Berdasarkan perancangan dan pengujian data yang telah dilaksanakan, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu : alat ini dapat diatur dengan suhu minimum 60C sampai suhu maksimum 550C, sensor suhu didalam box dapat dikalibrasi dengan suhu yang sebenarnya, dalam implementasi pengaturan suhu ruang dengan metode logika fuzzy model sugeno pada mikrokontroler bekerja secara optimal.
