Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) pada PD. Rasa Asli pada tahun 2014-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari perusahaan dan data sekunder berupa dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t (uji beda). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan Total Biaya Persediaan (TIC) dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan metode tradisional perusahaan dan hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada total biaya persediaan bahan baku sesudah penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). ----------This study was conducted to determine the inventory control raw materials before and after the appliction of the methods of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in PD. Rasa Asli years 2014-2016. This study used quantitative methods with the descriptive approach. The data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the company and secondary data in the form of documentation. The data collection used was interview techniques and documentation, while the hypothesis testing used a t-test (test a different). The result of this research shows that the calculation of the Total Inventory Cost (TIC) by using the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is more optimal than with a company's traditional method and the result of the t-test proves that there is a difference in the Total Inventory cost of raw materials after the application of the methods of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).
