Demam berdarah dengue merupakan suatu masalah yang berdampak besar bagi masyarakat perkotaan. Pada tahun 2015, penderita demam berdarah dengue mencapai 473 jiwa. Penelitian ini mengkaji pola dan persebaran demam berdarah dengue Kota Cimahi terhadap kerentanan penyebaran demam berdarah dengue, serta dampaknya terhadap persebaran demam berdarah dengue di masa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi tingkat kerentanan Kota Cimahi terhadap persebaran demam berdarah dengue melalui beberapa indikator di antaranya lingkungan pemukiman, kepadatan penduduk, serta lokasi penderita dan menganalisis pola, kepadatan (density) dari penderita. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel penderita mengunakan metode purposive random sampling dengan jumlah 249 penderita. Analisis data menggunakan analisis spasial statistik dan spasial analisis. Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah rata-rata memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang tinggi dilihat dari aspek lingkunan pemukiman. Dalam satu hari, 0,16 % penduduk Kota Cimahi beresiko terkena demam berdarah dengue. Konsentrasi kepadatan penderita demam berdarah dengue terpusat di Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah yang menandakan tingginya tingkat perkembangan nyamuk aedes aegypti di wilayah tersebut. Adapun persebaran demam berdarah dengue di Kota Cimahi pada tahun 2015 menyebar ke arah utara timur laut dan selatan barat daya dan menyebar dengan pola berkelompok (clustered). By 2015, dengue fever patients reach 473 people. This study examines the pattern and distribution of dengue fever of Cimahi City against the vulnerability of dengue hemorrhagic fever, and its impact on the spread of dengue fever in the future. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of vulnerability of Cimahi City to the spread of dengue hemorrhagic fever through several indicators including residential environment, population density, and patient location and analyzing patterns, density (density) of the patient. The method used in this research is descriptive. Sampling of patients using purposive random sampling method with the number of 249 patients. Data analysis used spatial analysis of statistic and spatial analysis. Cimahi Tengah subdistrict on average has a high level of vulnerability seen from the aspect of the settlement environment. In one day, 0.16% of the population of Cimahi City at risk of dengue hemorrhagic fever. The concentration of dengue hemorrhagic dengue concentration was concentrated in Cimahi Tengah subdistrict which indicated the high level of Aedes aegypti mosquito development in the area. The distribution of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Cimahi City in 2015 spreads to the north-northeast and south-south-west and spreads in a clustered pattern.
