Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun buku elektronik (e-book) Fisika SMP berbasis 3D Flip Book yang berorientasi keseimbangan literasi sains pada materi Cahaya. Penyusunan ini dilatarbelakangi belum seimbangnya aspek-aspek literasi sains dalam buku-buku Fisika yang beredar di Kota Bandung. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development model ADDIE, yang terdiri dari tahapAnalysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Akan tetapi penelitian ini hanya diatasi sampai tahap Develop. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi angket perspektif siswa terhadap penggunaan smartphone, pelaksanaan gerakan literasi sekolah, dan penggunaan e-book di kalangan siswa SMP, uji kemampuan literasi sains pada materi cahaya, validasi aspek literasi sains, penilaian media, validasi konten oleh ahli, soal uji rumpang buku elektronik, angket responss siswa terhadap e-book¬, dan angket tingkat kesukaran materi. Dari hasil penelitian,e-book yang disusun dikategorikan seimbang dari segi aspek literasi sains dengan perbandingan (40.2% : 22.9% : 14.8% : 20.1%), dinilai sangat baik dalam mediamaupun konten dengan skor rata-rata penilaian 3,5 dan 3,6 untuk media dan konten, memiliki kriteria keterbacaan sangat mudah dengan persentase 90%, dan siswa memiliki respons yang sangat baik terhadap e-book. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat di simpulkan bahwa buku elektronik (e-book) berbasis 3D flip book sudah memenuhi kategori keseimbangan literasi sains dan layak digunakan dari segi media maupun konten, Kata kunci: E-book, Buku Elektronik, Keseimbangan Literasi Sains, 3D Flip book,   This research is aimed to arrange 3D flipbook-based Physics electronic book (e-book) for junior high school that is oriented onharmony of science literacy on Light topic. The study was initiated since science literacy aspects was not harmony yet in Physics books that were found and used in Bandung. ADDIE model of Research and Development method was research method used. It consists of Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, the research was limited up to Develop stage. The used instruments were students' perspective on smartphone usage questionnaire, the implementation of both school literacy and e-book for junior high school students, science literacy test on light topic, validity for science literacy aspects, assessment for media, content validity by experts, students' responsses toward e-book questionnaire, and difficulty level for topic material. The results showed that the arranged e-book was categorized as harmony from aspect of science literacy with ratio (40,2%:22.9%:14.8%:20.1%), classified as very good in both media and content with average score of 3.5 and 3.6 for media and content respectively, categorized as very easy for the legibility with percentage of 90%, and students gave the impressive responsse on the e-book. Therefore, it can be concluded that 3D flipbook-based electronic book has fulfilled the science literacy aspect and is feasible to be used in term of media or content.
