Penjualan mobil GAIKINDO pada periode selanjutnya dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan peramalan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Weighted Moving Average, karena metode tersebut dapat melakukan peramalan tanpa terpengaruh oleh pola data. Dari Hasil pembahasan dan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dengan menggunakan nilai panjang periode n adalah 4, diperoleh hasil kesalahan peramalan dari tujuh kategori dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Moving Average diperoleh nilai kesalahan MAPE paling kecil sebesar 13% untuk kategori Affordable Energy Saving Cars 4 x 2, sedangkan untuk nilai MAPE paling besar ada pada kategori Double Cabin 4 x 2 / 4 x 4 sebesar 42%. Dengan nilai kesalahan tersebut, penggunaan metode Weighted Moving Average cukup baik digunakan untuk peramalan penjualan mobil pada organisasi GAIKINDO.---------- GAIKINDO car sales in the next period can be known by using sales forecasting. The method used is the Weighted Moving Average method, because the method can make forecasting without being affected by the data pattern. From the results of the discussion and research that has been done by using the length of period n is 4, obtained the results of forecasting errors from seven categories using the method of Weighted Moving Average obtained MAPE error value of at least 13% for the category Affordable Energy Saving Cars 4 x 2, while for the largest MAPE value is in the category of Double Cabin 4 x 2/4 x 4 by 42%. With the value of the error, the use of Weighted Moving Average method is good enough to be used for forecasting car sales at GAIKINDO organization.
