STUDI ESTIMASI WAKTU PEMESINAN FRAIS PADA UJI KOMPETENSI PRAKTIK KEJURUAN BIDANG PEMESINAN

Hasil observasi terhadap dokumen penilaian uji kompetensi praktek kejuruan, ditemukan permasalahan yaitu tidak ada waktu standar yang spesifik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model estimasi waktu pemesinan frais pada uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kolerasional dengan subjek penelitian 30 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung terhadap pelaksanaan uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan permesinan frais, pekerjaan frais meliputi 3 proses yaitu frais rata, frais muka, dan frais miring terhadap 7 bidang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa antara waktu pemotongan (Tc) dan waktu pemesinan (Tm) pada uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan bidang pemesinan frais terdapat hubungan dengan tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Model estimator waktu pemesinan untuk pelaksanaan uji kompetensi kejuruan bidang pemesinan frais adalah Ŷ = 54,090 + 1,965 X atau Tm = 54,090 + 1,965 Tc, dan kriteria penilaian waktu pemesinan hasil uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan yang telah dikembangkan adalah siswa dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu ≤ 133,38 menit ; 133,39 menit - 143,78 menit ; 143,79 menit - 154,31 menit : > 154,31 menit untuk kategori A, B, C, dan E.----------- Looking at the observation results from the assessment documents of vocational practice competence test, it is found that there is no specified standard time. These can be taken as the problem for the research. The purpose of the research is to make an estimating time model in milling machine on vocational practice competence test. The method used on this research is descriptive correlational with 30 students as research subjects. The data is obtained from direct observation towards the performance of vocational practice competence test of milling machine. The milling operates on 3 processes, which is flat milling, face milling, and sloped milling on 7 surfaces. The results show that the cutting time (Tc) and machining time (Tm) on vocational practice competence test has a strong relation. The model of estimator time for performing vocational practice competence test of milling machine is Ŷ = 54,090 + 1,965 X or Tm = 54,090 + 1,965 Tc, and the criteria for assessing machining time resulting from vocational practice competence test that has been developed is that students can complete the operation within ≤ 133,38 minutes ; 133,39 minutes - 143,78 minutes ; 143,79 minutes - 154,31 minutes : > 154,31 minutes for category A, B, C, and E.
