Summary:The use of learning media on the subjects Basic and Electrical Measurement is not yet fully applied. This influences the result of student's learning who only reached the minimum score (KKM) which is 75. The effort to increase the learning student result is to apply the learning process using Power Simulator software learning media. The purpose of this research is to know utilization of using Power Simulator software learning media on the subjects Basic and Electrical Measurement, on cognitive, afective and motoric domain. This research uses quasi experiment method with one group pre-test post-test design. Some results of this research are the result of the learning in cognitive domain reaches 78%, in student affective area reaches 93% and the result of psycomotoric domain also reaches 81%, those three results of this research has overcome the minimum score. The result showed that the use of Power Simulator software learning media on the subjects Basic and Electrical Measurement is effective for the cognitive, affective and psycomotoric domain.---------- Penggunaan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Dasar dan Pengukuran Listrik belum sepenuhnya diterapkan. Hal ini berimbas pada hasil belajar siswa yang hanya mencapai nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yaitu nilai 75. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yaitu dengan diterapkannya proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis komputer, yakni Power Simulator software. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Power Simulator software pada mata pelajaran Dasar dan Pengukuran Listrik, baik pada ranah kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperiment dengan desain one group pre-test post-test. Beberapa hasil penelitian di antaranya: hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif mencapai 78%, pada ranah afektif mencapai 93%, dan pada ranah psikomotor mencapai 81%. Pada ketiga ranah tersebut hasil belajar mampu berada di atas nilai KKM. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Power Simulator software pada mata pelajaran Dasar dan Pengukuran Listrik mampu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor.
