Summary:Penelitian yang berjudul "Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Praktikum Inkuiri Terbimbing Pada Sifat-Sifat Penyangga Obat Tetes Mata" bertujuan untuk membuat LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Langkah penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu tahap pengembangan dan tahap validasi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah LKS praktikum dalam 10 buku kimia SMA kelas XI yang beredar, siswa kelas XI di salah satu SMA di Kota Cimahi, 3 orang dosen Departemen Pendidikan Kimia FPMIPA Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, dan 2 orang guru kimia SMA. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah indikator keterampilan inkuiri, lembar analisis LKS komtekstual, lembar penilaian kesesuaian LKS dengan konsep, lembar penilaian tata bahasa dalam LKS yang dikembangkan, lembar indikator ketercapaian keterampilan inkuiri, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan tahapan inkuiri, pedoman jawaban siswa terhadap tugas-tugas dalam LKS yang dikembangkan, serta angket respon siswa. Hasi penelitian pada tahap pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa dari 7 LKS dalam 10 buku kimia SMA kelas XI rata-rata hanya memiliki ketercapaian indikator keterampilan inkuiri sebesar 21,43% dan tidak ada LKS yang bersifat kontekstual. Keterlaksanaan praktikum menggunakan LKS yang dikembangkan tergolong baik sekali 98,59%. Berdasarkan penilaian guru dan dosen terhadap LKS praktikum yang dikembangkan tergolong baik sekali 91,77%. Adapun respon siswa terhadap praktikum menggunakan LKS yang dikembangkan tergolong baik 87,30%. ;---The research entitled "Development the Student Worksheets of Guided Inquiry Practicum on Buffer Properties in Eye Drops" aimed to make worksheets based on guided inquiry practicum. The research procedures are development stage and the validation stage. The data source in this research are practicum worksheets on 10 chemistry books of XI grade in circulation, a student of XI grade in Senior High School at Cimahi City, three lecturers of Chemistry Education Department on Mathematics and Science Faculty in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, and two chemistry teachers of senior high school. The research instruments that used are indicators of inquiry skills, analytical sheet of contextual worksheets, assessment sheet conformity worksheets with concepts, grammatical assessment sheet in worksheets developed, indicator achievement sheet of inquiry skills, observation sheet of inquiry stages, student answer guidance on tasks in worksheets developed, as well as questionnaire of students response. The research finding in the development stage shows that from 7 worksheets in 10 chemistry book of XI grade only have average of achievement was 21,43% on inquiry skill indicator without contextual worksheets. The practicum implementation using worksheets developed was very good include of 98.59%. Based on the evaluation from teachers and lecturers of practicum worksheet developed was quite good include of 91,77%. The students' response on practicum using worksheets developed was quite good include of 87.30%.
