| Summary: | Upaya pemerintah pusat untuk memperoleh kualitas yang lebih baik terus dilakukan oleh pemerintah khususnya pemerintah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Bandung dalam meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat yaitu mengadakan proyek Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) yang belum memiliki sertifikat atau tanah adat. Tujuan dari pengukuran dan pemetaan bidang tanah adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah bidang tanah yang didalamnya memuat informasi mengenai letak, batas, dan luas suatu bidang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan bagaimanakah tahapan pengukuran bidang tanah Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) di Kelurahan Margasuka Kecamatan Babakan Ciparay Kota Bandung. Keunggulan pendaftaran sistematik yaitu dilaksanakan secara bersama-sama atau massal dan memudahkan masyarakat yang belum mempunyai sertiikat. Metode pengukuran yang dilakukan yaitu metode terrestrial untuk pengukuran bidang tanah. Hasil dari kegiatan pengukuran bidang tanah ini adalah Peta Geospasial Komputerisasi Kantor Pertanahan (Geo KKP). Peta Geo KKP didalamnya memberikan informasi mengenai bidang tanah yang sudah disertiikat, yang belum sertifikat dan antara sudah atau belum sertifikat.;---Central government efforts to obtain better quality continues to be done by the government, especially the government of National Land Agency Bandung in improving services to the community that is holding a project of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) that has not had a certificate or customary land. The purpose of the measurement and mapping of the plot is to produce a plane containing information on the location, boundary, and area of a plane. This study is a descriptive study that describes how the phases of measurement of the soil of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Margasuka Village Babakan Ciparay District Bandung City. The superiority of systematic registration is implemented jointly or massively and facilitate the people who do not have a certificate. The measurement method is terrestrial method for measuring plot. The result of this measurement activity is the map of Geospasial Computerized Land Office (Geo KKP). Geo maps of KKP in it provide information about the plot of land already in the certificate, which has not been certified and between already or not certified. |
