Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya kondisi siswa tunarungu di SMALB Cicendo mangalami kesulitan dalam menjaga dan memperbaikin sebuah fasilitas komputer yang berada di sekolah, dikarnakan tidak dapat melakukan operasi install ulang sistem komputer, dengan mengunakan metode picture and picture diharap dapat meningkatkan keterampilan operai install ulang sistem komputer. Metode penelitian yang digunakkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain Single Subject. Metode eksperimen dalam penelitian ini digunakkan untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan dengan melihat dampak suatu intervensi dengan mengunakan metode picture and picture untuk meningkatkan kemampuan operasi instal ulang sistem komputer terhadap siswa tunarungu FD secara berulang-ulang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat peningkatan positif terhadap pengunaan metode picture and picture, dengan demikian metode picture and picture memiliki peningkatan terhadap kemapuan operasi install ulang sistem komputer, hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis antar kondisi , yaitu persentase data overlap pada kondisi baseline-1 (A1) ke tahap intervensi (B) yang persentasenya sebesar 0% dan pada tahap intervensi (B) ke tahap baseline-2 (A2) sebesar 33,33%, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pemberian intervensi mengunakan metode picture and picture mengalami meningkatkan dalam kemamampuan operasi install ulang sistem komputer pada siswa tunarungu FD. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode picture and picture memiliki peningkatan dalam kemampuan operasi install ulang sistem komputer dan metode picture and picture dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif solusi dalam membantu peserta didik dalam operasi install ulang sistem komputer .----- Research entitled Picture and Picture Method Usage in Computer System Reinstall Operation at Deaf Students in XII Grade of SLBN Cicendo Bandung. This research is based on the condition of deaf students at SMALB Cicendo who have difficulty in maintaining and repairing a computer facility at school, because of the disability in doing re-install operation of computer system. This problem is caused by the lack of students in obtaining the information audiotorially, so that students experience delays in understanding an information audiotorially. Therefore, deaf students are given the right method of picture and picture where the picture media as the main device is expected to facilitate the learning process of reinstalling computer system operation in children with hearing obstacles to improve the ability in understanding the operation of reinstall the computer system. Research method used in this research is experimental method with Single Subject design. Experimental method in this research is used to obtain the necessary data by looking at the impact of an intervention on the subject repeatedly. Based on the results of research, there is a positive influence in the application of picture and picture method of operating ability to reinstall the computer system. It can be seen from the analysis of the result between the condition, that is the percentage of overlap data at the condition of baseline-1 (A1) to phase intervention (B) which is 0% and at intervention phase (B) to stage baseline-2 (A2) equal to 33, 33%. The results indicate that the provision of intervention affects the target behavior. It is expected that this research can be used as an alternative way that can help improving the ability to reinstall computer system. Thus, it can be concluded that the picture and picture method has an influence in improving the ability to re-install the computer system and can be used as an alternative solution in helping learners in reinstalling the computer system.
