Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rumusan pengembangan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif bagi siswa berkesulitan belajar matematika di Sekolah Dasar. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran masih bersifat klasikal belum memperhatikan kemampuan siswa, termasuk siswa berkesulitan belajar. Hal ini menyebabkan belum terakomodasinya kebutuhan belajar siswa karena masih bersifat penyeragaman. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dibagi ke dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap pendahuluan, rancangan strategi pembelajaran dan uji keterlaksanaan Sampel penelitian yaitu tiga orang siswa berkesulitan belajar dan guru kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan assesmen matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif dapat meningkatan hasil belajar akademik dan keterampilan sosial siswa berkesulitan belajar matematika. Penerapan strategi pembelajaran ini berdampak pada kinerja guru dalam kemampuan merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. ---- This study aims to produce cooperative learning strategies on mathematics subjects for students with learning disabilities in elementary school. Preliminary studied results show that learning is still classical yet pay attention to the ability of different students including students with learning disabilities. This has not yet accommodated the students' learning needs in the classroom as it is still uniform. The research method used in this study is using qualitative approach with descriptive method. This study is divided into three phases: introduction, drafting strategies and enforceability test by teachers in implementing the cooperative learning strategy. The subject of this study was three students with learning disabilities and classroom teachers. Technique of data collection using observation technique, interview, documentation study and mathematics assessment. Study results showed that the increase seen from mastery of subject matter and social skills of students. In addition, the implementation of this learning strategy has an impact on teacher performance that is seen from the ability to plan, implement and evaluate learning.
