Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Manajemen Stres Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai di BPSDM Pusdiklat Jalan, Perumahan, Permukiman dan PIW (Kementerian PUPR) Bandung". Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen stres terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di BPSDM Pusdiklat Jalan, Perumahan, Permukiman dan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah (Kementerian PUPR) Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebar kepada 68 orang pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa manajemen stres termasuk pada kategori kuat dengan skor 2,90 dan prestasi kerja termasuk pada kategori sangat kuat dengan skor 3,02. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data menunjukan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametik. Analisis korelasi menggunakan Pearson Product Moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,736 yaitu menunjukan bahwa korelasi kedua variable berada pada tingkat hubungan yang positif dan kuat. Sementara itu, hasil uji signifikasi dengan uji-t jika dibandingkan yaitu t_hitung(8,839) > t_tabel (1,996) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Selanjutnya, hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu bahwa variabel X memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel Y sebesar 54,2% dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 13,187 + 0,739 X. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara manajemen stres terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di BPSDM Pusdiklat Jalan, Perumahan, Permukiman dan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah (Kementerian PUPR) Bandung.;--- The title of this research is "The Influence of Stress Management on Employee Performance in BPSDM Pusdiklat Jalan, Perumahan, Permukiman dan PIW (Kementerian PUPR) Bandung". Generally, this study aims to determine the influence of stress management on employee performance in BPSDM Pusdiklat Jalan, Perumahan, Permukiman dan PIW (Kementerian PUPR) Bandung". This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were a closed questionnaire that distributed to 68 employees as a sample of research. The calculation result of Weight Mean Score (WMS), showed that stress management included in to the strong category with score 2,90 and work performance included in very strong category with score 3,02. Normality test results on the distribution of data shows that the variable X and Y are normally distributed, and data analysis using parametric statistics. Correlation analysis with Pearson Product Moment obtained that correlation coefficient between variables X and variable Y is 0.736 that show the correlation of both variables are at the level of positive and strong relationship. Meanwhile, the significance test with t-test when compared is t_count (8,839)> t_table (1,996) means there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Then, the coefficient of determination test is that the variable X contributes to the variable Y equal to 54.2% and the rest influenced by other factors. The result of regression analysis obtained equation Ŷ = 13.187 + 0.739 X. Conclusion of this research is there is a strong and significant relationship between stress management on employee performance in BPSDM Pusdiklat Jalan, Perumahan, Permukiman dan PIW (Kementerian PUPR) Bandung
