Summary:This research was conducted at The State Vocational High School 3 Bandung. Issue became a study in this research is having not optimal teacher job satisfaction in school. Focus directed to factors influenced teacher job satisfaction. Job involvement and organizational commitment are factors that thought to have influence on teacher job satisfaction. Therefore, this research examines three variables, namely job involvement, organizational commitment, and teacher job satisfaction. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question form. Respondents were teachers of The State Vocational High School 3 Bandung as many as 90 people. Data technique analyzed using regression analysis. The result of the data analysis revealed that job involvement is in high category, organizational commitment is in high category, and teacher job satisfaction at The State Vocational High School 3 Bandung is in high category. Based on the result of regression analysis, the result revealed that job involvement and organizational commitment both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence toward teacher job satisfaction.---- Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kepuasan kerja guru di sekolah. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja guru. Keterlibatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu keterlibatan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah guru tetap SMK Negeri 3 Bandung sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja berada pada kategori tinggi, komitmen organisasi berada pada kategori tinggi, dan kepuasan kerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa keterlibatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi baik secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru.
